Experience Woofenden was established in 1998 by Neil & Sally Woofenden when the first property was bought for conversion. Earlier careers in engineering and ground works gave a solid background for entering into this type of business.
The Team Woofenden employ 14 local persons. All are motivated and carry out their work with a careful and professional approach. They are pleased to have one apprentice who is hard working and dedicated to learning his new skills.
Health and safety Woofenden are CHAS registered and take the issue of health and safety seriously.
Listed property specialists Woofenden craftsmen are skilled and sensitive to the need sof older style properties and are experienced in the traditional methods and materials used.
Bespoke carpentry Woofenden craftsmen are experienced in carrying out bespoke work. They can produce quality oak ledge and brace doors, build cupboards and lay oak flooring to requirement.
Projects. Woofenden are main contractors capable of carrying out a wide range of building projects. The majority of projects they are requested to carry out are conversions, extensions and alterations to listed buildings.
Windows and doors and conservatories Woofenden are FENSA registered. They have experience in fitting doors, windows and conservatories in both wood and PVC.
Eco friendly Woofenden are keenly involved with eco-friendly builds and able to install solar panels.
Maintenance In 2004 due to demand a maintenance team was established. Woofenden now carry out regular repairs and maintenance for national estate agents & property management groups.
