Woofenden have carried out many office refurbishments, our most recent includes the complete refurbishment of 3 city centre offices for the Estate Agents, Stags. The work was co-ordinated and carried out through the night to avoid disruption to both staff and customers.
Land Agents Domestic and Property Maintenance
Woofenden maintinence are contracted to repair and maintain many properties on behalf of landlords and agents within the south west. Our area covers Devon, Somerset and Dorset counties. We have established contracts with agents from the UK's largest quoted residential landlord through to landlords of indiviudal properties.
Village Hall Refurbishments
Woofenden carried out a range of village hall refurbishments including our most recent at Blackborough Village Hall. We were contacted to refurbish the hall rest rooms and install a new disabled facility. This project was grant aided and compelted within 4 weeks.
We helped the organisation to deal with Customs and Excise who agreed a zero rate for VAT.

We at Woofenden have an experienced window fitting team. Our fitters are competant and sensitive and able to fit all styles of windows to new and older style properties. We can offer advise on selecting the correct style to compliment the property & we only use local joinery firms to produce good quality wooden frames and local suppliers of UPVC goods.
