TrustMark is a Government-backed scheme to help potential customers find reputable firms.
To offer the MasterBond warranty, FMB builders have to undergo a number of additional checks. Builders are checked for financial soudnness, they must provide references from custeomers and must have been trading for a least three years.
The message is clear - keep the cowboys out of hte kitchen and choose a vetted builder.
