We have an established Apprenticeship Programme which enables young people to gain real work experience and industry recognised qualifications.  We want to be there to nurture the next generation of employees.

If you are aged over 16 years old and not in full time education, then we would love to hear from you.  We believe by investing time and training, we can encourage you to develop your skills with our company even when you have completed your Apprenticeship.

By registering for an apprenticeship you will certainly gain an invaluable amount of learning, personal development and experience.  You will need to be committed, enthusiastic with a passion for learning and ambition to succeed.

If you think this programme is for you, we would always be happy to talk you through the process and give you further advice on the next step forward.

Current Vacancy

We have an amazing opportunity right now for an Apprentice Accounts Assistant at our busy, friendly office in mid-Devon. Our business is growing, so we're recruiting an apprentice to support our Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of our accounts. This is no ordinary accounts department however; the lucky candidate will also learn a lot about how a medium-sized business operates.
If you have attention to detail, great IT skills, a sense of humour and are team-focused, then you'll fit right in!
We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic to learn. You don't need financial experience, but you do need to be numerate and have 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C or 9-4.
You'll gain knowledge of how to use accountancy software and we'll support you through your accountancy qualifications, but the working environment is really varied so you'll pick up loads of other useful skills too.
As you develop and take on more responsibility, this will be reflected in your pay. So don't delay, apply today! Email your CV and a covering letter to Julia Crabb, HR Administrator, or call 01884 266055 for more information.
