Neil has a flare for being able to visualise the finished project and how to get the best from a space.  He values sustainability and tries to utilise existing materials where possible, ensuring this is always sympathetic to the property.  Neil also likes using older, (sometimes reclaimed) materials in order to add character to newer buildings and likewise sensitively using some newer finishes to older properties to enhance and personalise projects.

Sally oversees the company finances, from monitoring cash flow to organising the company's financial administration systems, Sally ensures everything runs smoothly. Her dedication lies in not only fostering growth and development for the company but also upholding the high standards and unique culture that she and Neil have worked hard to establish.

David joined Woofenden in 2002 initially as a general builder. In 2006 David seized the opportunity to advance his career as Assistant Site Manager at Redrow Homes. In 2009, David joined Charles Church as a fully qualified Site Manager. During his time there, he successfully managed a site in Sidmouth, which received the esteemed National NHBC Pride in the Job Award. This site also received the 'Seal of Excellence' at the 2013 NHBC Award Ceremony, placing it among the top 100 building sites in the country. We were delighted when David rejoined Woofenden Construction in 2013, this time as Operations Manager and is now the Operations Director.

Caroline has extensive experience in the Construction Industry and Surveying Department of a Loss Adjusting Company. She values strong customer relationships and will support you from your first inquiry until your project is complete. Caroline initially worked as a consultant for Woofenden in October 2013 before officially joining the company in June 2014.
