Our team together with their design team were responsible for discharging all pre commencement and pre-occupation planning conditions as well as ensuring the scheme complies with all current building regulation legislation. The site was previously an agricultural field, requiring rigorous ecology and ground investigation studies overseen and administered by our team throughout the construction process.
The site itself consists of a mixture of rented and shared equity properties. As part of the works, our team were responsible for the design and construction of a new highway, retaining walls, attenuation pond, drainage strategy, landscaping strategy and the delivery of the new infrastructure strategy which included a new EVC network for the whole site.

Mid Devon - Tiverton (In Progress)
The team were successfully appointed under a JCT design and build contract to deliver twenty-two new homes for a local social housing provider. The site itself is situated on the outskirts of a mid-Devon town and is accessed through an existing housing estate. As part of the contract we were responsible for the coordination & delivery of 22 new builds plots within the approved planning documents and in line with client's requirements.
