Despite site constraints and unforeseen planning issues, the team persevered to successfully deliver two extremely high standard properties.
Both plots at Albion Hill benefit from the latest thermally efficient materials, PV panels and low energy heating, resulting in an excellent SAP score and an EPC score of A (98/100).
The properties are currently being marketed with Stags Estate Agents in Exeter with one of the plots already having a sale agreed.
