We are specialists in working with historic buildings sympathetically to renovate, or completely redesign them. Barn conversions offer us the chance to put our wide range of skills to good use.
They are often in an idyllic, rural setting and provide unique opportunities to create beautiful, individual homes. But we don’t just make ‘new houses’, we work hard to ensure the property retains its original character and form. Whether we’re working on a single property, or a multi-property development, no two projects are ever the same.
Regulations surrounding planning approval for barn conversions (permitted development rights) have recently been relaxed. We are always happy to help with things like building regulations, or planning permission if needed. We also have links with excellent local architects.
